Fox Business anchor Jackie DeAngelis has sued Whole Foods after suffering permanent hand injuries in a 2023 Manhattan store pit bull attack.
DeAngelis, 46, claims Whole Foods failed to enforce its own restrictions on animals and allowed a dog she says was not a legitimate service animal to remain inside the store.
According to the lawsuit, DeAngelis was shopping at the Whole Foods location at 10 Columbus Circle in September 2023 when a black pit bull bit her on the hand.
